  2. People with Alzheimer's go in and out of awareness. He's probably been told countless of times. Usually he's not right in the head but there are probably some moments of clarity. Yesterday was not one of those moments of clarity. You can guarantee he's heard of it in a moment of clarity though. If he was clear in the head of the time, he'd have gotten angry, and made a fool of himself in a whole different way.
