  1. Since you are not a nation there should be no problem mining it. It just prevents USA from declaring "Psyche is US soil - no one is allowed to mine there without our permission"

  2.  @eddiegaltek  Yes, that's the drawback. Without gov and police it could become an anarchy quickly. Kind of like a MMORPG. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.
