Well, 2018 is way before 2024. What LIDL should have done is select an implementation partner that had already done SAP implementations IN THE RETAILS SECTOR and then follow the advice of that partner.

@everyhandletaken I have yet to see a grocery store that doesn't have markdowns almost every day on a varying set of SKUs. Those markdowns is what drives traffic to the store.

@ Ok, so your Aldi doesn't have discounts, except it does have discounts on items near expiry. Which occurs frequently. Which was my point. You can't have an ERP in retail that cannot handle discounts.
