  1.  @nirfz  I wouldn't be surprised if more nature gets destroyed in Austria by ski slopes than wind farms. Wind farms don't need much area. In fact those that are in the plains are often in farm fields (e.g. in Pannonia, west of Vienna).

  3. Austria is a very beautiful country - lived there for a decade. Plan for at least 2 weeks, if you go there.
