  1.  @michaellowe3665  It would be immensely stupid for Tesla to sell the data itself to others. Data = asset. You don't sell the asset, you sell services on top of your asset, because that insures continuous revenue. Governments are a different beast though. You don't sell data to gov - they will just demand it for free.
