  1. Yes, the Chinese automakers are trying the same though: a BYD in Germany is far more expensive than the same car in China. Result: year-to-date BYD sold only 228 units in Germany. Disaster. Only MG is doing pretty god (>9000 YTD) but they are priced much more reasonably.

  2. MG also doing quite well in Germany. I'm guessing many customers are not aware it's a Chinese car.
