  3. I was such an AMD fanboy since the early days of GPUs. I finally caved in 5 years ago and bought a Nvidia 1080 as I wanted to do ML and AMD just wasn't getting anywhere with their software. I had great AMD cards, the dual-GPU monster 5970, the 7970 (3 times), all water-cooled (also most died due to either water-damage - can't blame AMD here).
