  1. Someone please explain is there a reason why he does not already have a foreign bank account outside of Russia? My main checking account is in Canada but I do all my banking, investments, housing here in America. Even my neighbors daughters have foreign accounts in the Caribbean and they are defiantly American. Any employer he has may not care where the bank account is located in the world? Not trying to criticize I just don't understand maybe Russia is different.

  2.  @SantomPh  How is it I have a small mind when me and my neighbors both have bank accounts outside of our home nations? YouTubers with big audiences should have had at least one suggestion to have an offshore account just because of their huge viewer base!!!!! For regular people that would never make sense but the more I type online the more different ideas I run across. Maybe YouTube would care but I am almost sure they don't care about location and address for payment purposes!!!
