You don't think with fast food and dollar stores having problems people are not already aware as a group of how expensive it is to buy just the basics? Dude prior to Covid housing cost over 1/3 of my income!!!

Nicole had huge advantages to get to this point..... It is not like she did all this all by herself without any money or the equitant coming from anywhere.... WTF she can't spend what she does not make and she is busy ignoring how impossible buying is without what others and companies are willing to exchange.

She also had support to be able to get to this point so early too IMO!!!

If management of resources worked why are people worried about money? Because it is unlikely that it works with not enough resources or something to exchange!!!

@brianbarnett100 Well no we have to work so underpayment does not surprise me at all.... Like with housing we all need a place to live and utilities are not going to be expandable on current systems.

Why thank her for the video when she is only being as cheap as she can after being supported to make major purchases faster and more likely? Her suggestions are like the worthless minimalist who focus on cutting cost rather than increasing income and buying power IMO. I have always heard one can't get blood from a stone..... IMO cutting cost is similar where one can't cut what they don't make!!!

@airidasra Ok what do you know about her history and why, where and when she got her money? And in addition what do you know about the businesses she runs... they income vs. expenses. You don't think she is very young to "own" a house? So how the F did that happen?

@Teresa-o3i Well if something has a cost AND it has a lifespan when used it can be included in a daily budget IMO. Like a $2.00 toothbrush cost .50 cents over 4 days.....

I don't understand how $500 a month on low income with high housing prices makes any type of sense!!!! Don't you know that with higher prices means less money left over for other stuff!!!

Did you not see her earlier videos? Talking bout saving "$500 on low income" IMO she can't be broke making content with starting suggested amounts of $500!!!! Dude she also had major support to save at least $10K if not more just to get to the point she could afford a home down payment!!!!! As far as I know Canadian home loans interest rates change every few years so to me that is proof she had major support to do all this especially given the location where she lives.
