  4. Someone please tell me why the 1 million (net worth minus house) and up group have only 4 major traits: -own a business, - high salary, - average salary and frugal, - inheritance. I though average people make 30-50K each year? Average people should be able to come up with between 50-100K every 10 years right?

  8. Dude your not lying many labor jobs do destroy people bodies. I think the best solution is to try and build income that is scalable. Many love real estate exactly for that reason they can buy, maintain, and rent out multiple locations or rooms. I don't like renters because they seem to be too poor to pay rent as a collective and getting blood from a stone is almost impossible.

  9. I think the issue with people and finance is that they are not only risking money they are ok with being lost!!!! I can't explain them but I only "invest" money like I go to the casino expecting to loose.
