  7. What why more regulations on gambling. Here in my state there are still no casinos and we only have the state and multistate lottery systems plus charity raffles. I would much rather have no regulations so I can gamble where, when, wherever I want. ALL I have to do is gamble on a budget and I suspect most people will do fine.

  9. Well if there were terms of service or any written agreement between two parties than the law often is pretty hard on people over stuff. If they made any promises they did not deliver on that could be fraud but I am not a lawyer.

  12. The government would rather consider crypto not a security all together. I think all crypto investors should be told they should consider it gone the moment they mine, sell, buy, or exchange crypto. Crypto should be and have stayed a hobby not be used as a way to make money either way.

  14. I don't think people online are busy worried about what they promote but they seem aware of how much they can make off the promotion. In other words they don't want income that varies but so many are busy making money online and not worried about much else's IMO.

  16. If the gambling regulation body governing places like Roobet show up that would be really bad. Site that allow gambling have a bigger problem with the regulators and international laws even where they are than they have with Steve. Steve is just a nose bleed but the law is similar to a nose break.

  18. Am I the only one confused here? Why would Techer or the exchange not practice best practices? Maybe I am just lazy but this reminds me of charging different rents to tenants over years of tenancy. I just kept the rent the same because I was making so much from the start!!! If I had to do it all over again I would not change it either.

WTF how do people not realize just like with stocks, bonds, etf's having Mutiple different ones is the way to go!!!!!! Also I think they might have been being greedy!!!!! They could have just paid a monthly fee and have a regular bank account with a national or reginal bank but they I think did that instead!!!!!

  36. Those depositors wanted more than their money back. Do you really think FTX could just return their money without any interest added and it would all be forgiven? I am ok with 0% interest loans but many are not so can't expect them to say oh well i got my money back.....

  45.  @robj4078  Yep I do but I make more than I spend each year so it is like loosing hundreds but making thousands. As long as I get lucky enough to keep doing this I will be fine regardless. If I ever retire that will be an issue but till then no problems.

  49. Everyone "investing" in anything should only invest whatever they are willing to loose!!!! It just don't make sense they all want to make money when nothing is being produced through their actions. Even under the best situations losses can be expected so why people think otherwise makes no sense.
