Why not invest in stocks and bonds? Why have to fight with people to get rent collected and paid?

No prices have been rising since 2008 and they never went down. I think many have an income problem not a money management problem.

Nope you got lucky and outpace expenses. Median net worth by age suggest otherwise!!!! The vast majority will be working poor for life and will likely end up with 5 or if very lucky 10% of your outcome.

Well maybe we should tell investors to accept less payouts and small percentages.

@Tszyu01 when was the last time you meet a none greedy investor? Or business owner? When I used to live on my own my renters could have 2 months of total none payment or 4 months of 1/2 payments BUT I still say I am looking for companies to offer the same!! Oh and their rent amount each year never changed!!

They have to make a certain amount otherwise they can’t live within their means!!!

@marioremondino9837 cheap was never going to last forever and everyone who had a good paying job can likely afford the higher prices

No income is needed to do all of that so it is not easy become income starts the whole process.
