@murrayroodbaard207 well think about it they don’t seem to have ever been in a murder investigation before and their level of involvement might have led the to believe ….. The law is very harsh over minor stuff but I only know that from personal experience…

@murrayroodbaard207 Well I mean someone did something they were not supposed to do. I don't think some people realize the consequences of stuff because they themselves did not kill the person. I would not expect any of them to even get 10 years with the exception of the person who did the killing BUT most of them got life sentences so...

@murrayroodbaard207 again many turn to hope even in bad situations. Again she was involved but did not make the final calls…. Her reasoning is sound but the law is just full of double standards

How do you know that? It might depend on where his inabilities lay.... He might not be able to understand and sympathize with others and an attention problem don't help with that at all. Plus ADHD means an attention problem or maybe a uncalm brain that needs or prefers constant stimulation which if true will likely make a difference. I think people vary too much to say this or that does not make a difference.

@Jorge-it6iv Maybe but the issue with silence is that everyone would likely need to be silent and we both know many will not keep quite and never talk about it.

@TheBOG3 Sounds good but there is a small problem. First there is a body that might be found. Second everyone would need to lawyer up from the start and even then the evidence is bad. The cops don't need a lot to put people in prison.... Getting away with crimes with physical evidence of any sort is getting progressively more complex not simpler. You do realize the cops would have caught who ever left DNA at crime scenes right?

@TheBOG3 Your still looking at a lot to the same punishment. It is not easy for people to just disappear and yet your the last person believed to see them alive. And the pressure to talk comes from the legal strength the cops have.... They always stand to loose something even when innocent!!!

@nycinstyle Well can people get lawyers and everything handled at the time of their detainment or arrest? If the answer is no then the police hold the advantage because regardless of guilt the suspect is under extreme stress because by default they loose when thrown in front of a judge!!! Also people tend to not get legal help in part because they think the law has to listen and for some strange reason agree with their assessment which we all know doesn't even make sense. Truth is people will insisted on saying NO..... rather than getting legal help while sitting in jail because well who wants to sit in jail? They as a group were already facing serious consequences because they were the last ones know to have seen someone who disappeared so it is not like the cops need a ton of evidence to even avoid a lawsuit in their case.....

Dang I feel bad for her the found the dead dog. I don't love animals so it is really not an issue but those officers don't seem ok with the dog being where it was found.... OH BOY!!!
