  2. Wait far as I could see Canada was very expensive for average single earners 20 years ago!!!! SO with no major housing cost drops how would Canadians afford to live? TF ever in the US where there was a huge recession for a few years in a row many of my co-workers now CAN'T AFFORD MORE THAN THE BASICS!!!! And we had serious problems years ago!!!
