  1.  @MotoMeeple  Everyone knows saving money oneself is better than saving money though someone else.... Just because I have a retirement account does not mean I want to only save money for the future in it. What if the companies is sold or goes bankrupt?

  5. Well not sure about all that because when I was living with others their housing prices for several years in a row were exactly the same!!!! And Arizona Ice Tea is the same price all there years later!!!

  7. The poor and middle class are likely in trouble because they are less likely to have disposable income. If for every dollar I have to spend I have .50 cents many problems can be avoided but so many don't have it.

  9. Somone explain to me why the military and the militias ever sign anything? Like we all know none of you want democracy and I live in the West and accept their leadership regardless.... If they don't want it maybe it would not work.

  11. Sounds like an easy way to drive up price and displace the locals.... Why not suggest people get into job that scale instead of living somewhere super cheap?
