  1. No one in finance talks about underlining conditions that lead to issues. Sure many don't have an issue but plenty do. I also say we can't make the same incomes have higher expenses as a group and expect many to avoid poverty and being broke.

  2.  @mikesiley4897  Well struggles are not all made equal at the same time. I made $1,600 while my old roommates made a little more divided amongst all of them. I for sure was way better off!!!

  4. "the number one reason is non essential spending" Dude how can that be the most important reason? Like I make 2X am much as before yet still have about $600 each month max that is not needed. SO the point is rent everywhere in my area is at least 1K... but in the past that $600 would have covered a full months rent!!!

  6. Well if they have shareholders they have to answer for why or why not. If it is only private maybe accepting losses is simpler but when you have to answer people just accepting losses without any action tends to not go over well.

  9. What I needed a formal education to have a good chance of landing a job that pays living wage incomes. Otherwise I will make so little I can't break even with cost...
