  2. I like your quote but I know I don't think I understand the concept of making money faster that it is printed and how is it possible that money is a liability. I know I am dumb because I need an explanation to understand this!!!

  3.  @dakawans83  For people that got unemployment that is true but some states don't pay much so some people never got enough to pay their rent. I feel renters should always plan to live under their expenses and so should the landlords. I used my renters as insurance but renters still like to buy more house (more stuff in general) than they can afford. I always feel the renter have to pay me at least 80% of the rent each 12 months. If it does not work out for me as owner and the renter meet their 80% each year that that is my fault. Your quote: (Most landlords didn't take that money because it had rules attached to it. Unemployment was paying a lot, so why not pay rent?)
