@charlesg7926 Yep I was waiting for the second paragraph because it explains people and real estate. Also cash generating assets tend to make people rich over time but people like Jaspree are very good at certain aspects.

@handleyobusiness Well they will likely just be less poor but still quite poor. Saving, investing, and avoiding debt all help BUT which business do you know of that does not operate on loans?

Wow I knew it was not only me. A little over 10 years ago I saved by first 20K but it took me more that twice as long for the next almost 20K (19K)!!!! I think purchasing power has fallen despite your increase in wages.

See I like your thinking!!! Your right it would be very expensive. Only problem is that it will get worst faster because who would buy and goods and services? Right now there are lots of people buying stuff that brings them no long term benefit which is really good for everyone just not them.

Your being up front and people on YouTube are unusual. But you are right they think of themselves are regular people. IDK sorry they are not the most upfront and honest group. If people were not forced to pay them many of the landlords would be broke.
