  4.  @kevinmach730  People driving too slow can cause other drivers to get angry.... I mean have you never seen an angry driver? In my experience they tend to speed up not drive slower!!!

  8. Yeah I think that is right!!! Them being out there put themselves in the position to be hit much as I don't like it also driving is dangerous even when people are not drunk nor prone to rage issues!!!
