Not a Harris fanboy, I agree with the video there are both good insight and flaws in Harris. But that said, this video commentary provides scant analysis of the actual email exchange. I think the most regrettable part is that Harris presents his book passages in the spirit of "hey, maybe I misrepresented you, if so, let me try to correct them." And before this process even begins Chomsky puts up a barb wired fence and STOPS the process by saying "The example that you cite illustrates very well why I do not see any point in a public discussion." Why is it a mark of civility and sophistication to deny someone the chance to correct their views? I can only conclude that Chomsky defenders in this case have not seen fit to understand the context of what Harris is attempting to do. cheers

Something's not adding up here. Crowder's the kind of guy who would always claim victory even if he lost. So it makes no sense he would be afraid of Seder. What makes Seder any harder to debate than any other of Crowder's liberal guests? Is Sam a certified genius or something? Fill me in, somebody.
