@themorosepittbull257 What you keep overlooking, from what I see above, is that the Ms admitted through their lawyer that they could not positively ID Arbery. The lawyer stated that Greg M described his that decision to make a citizen's arrest was based on a "hunch." The Ms did not know Arbery had been in the house before he ran by. Do you admit that the McMichaels could not positively ID Arbery?

@themorosepittbull257 Hmm, never heard that term before.

@themorosepittbull257 OK, I get it, thanks. But here's the thing, there's nothing dumb about JJ and Lillia's posts. Tell me where the dumb factor is in her/his posts. The facts are spot on. I see this poster as having an extreme interest in the story, and being very lawyer like about precise definitions. Maybe that seems excessive to some. But how does that ad up to a 50 cent Army, or indeed any type of troll?

@themorosepittbull257 "Is it legal in Georgia to detain a criminal?" If you mean citizen's arrest, they outlawed it after this event. It was allowed at the time, but it doesn't appear the Ms met the criteria for conducting one. That's been hotly debated, but having read the statute over and over, my opinion is they [edit] did not have this right. As Gregory said, it was based on a "hunch." Do you have the right to pursue a citizens arrest based on a hunch? I hope not.

I don't see how. The reason is, these two defendants had no way of knowing what his criminal background was when they pulled the trigger. So how could that have affected their decision to shoot?
