  2. Would you charge an airline pilot with manslaughter for mistakes under stress? It's practically unheard of in the US. But bring in race and cops into the equation, and all semblance of reason vanishes.

  3. That's just ill-informed. Manslaughter does not equate to deadly mistake. Examples abound, including medical malpractice, airline pilots for example. Manslaughter depends on the degree of negligence.
