Pure speculation. The obvious reality of racism doesn't make you or anyone else into a mind reader. If you think about it long and hard, there is no hard evidence of racism. It's pure belief supported by nothing else. When will people grow up and recognize the difference between the power of belief and actual evidence. The justice system is based on due process and reasonable doubt, not whatever impulses pop into our mind spontaneously.

@wendellknight2072 Again, you have ZERO proof. Reality routinely outsmarts our assumptions. Look at the very first high profile BLM case. BLM got it wrong and made a mistake, precisely because they too made an assumption based on belief and the undeniable pattern of police racism. But that doesn't mean every case fits the pattern. In a court of law, you would have had ZERO proof this was racism. YOU ARE NOT A MIND READER. Your insistence you can read minds is what we call HUBRIS.
