  6. For a child, that would be correct. He shouts over everyone throughout, then complains about being interrupted. That's no small achievement given Alan's award winning talent for cutting others off.

  8. OMG not this again (39:45) Since ellipses (and other forms of punctuation) are not original to anyone, they cannot be plagiarized in any substantive sense. It is no wonder Finkelstein and Mohammed Jihab share the same uncontained rage that marks them off indeed from the average.

  10. Yes, this plagiarism charge is absolutely ridiculous, unless one thinks one can plagiarize punctuation marks. And further, if anything, Dershowitz would have been passing off Peter's work not as his own, but as Mark Twain's. Very odd way to try and take credit for yourself! Finkelstein is a far better scholar than Dershowitz, but he effectively choreographed his own loss of tenure and got what he deserved. And Mohammed? He's a follower, not a thinker.
