@christinawhite5992 If we go with a sense of good will, we should give Potter the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a genuine mistake.

@christinawhite5992 I don't know or claim to know what your current speculation is. I am stating only my belief. In a court of law, everyone deserves due process. That means the accused is always given the benefit of a reasonable doubt. As you stated, we are only speculating about her state of mind. Speculation is by definition in the category of reasonable doubt. Otherwise we would call it a fact. So by your and my agreement about our speculation, in a court of law, that dictates we don't charge her with a deliberate act. Doe that sound reasonable?

@christinawhite5992 I knew you weren't sincere from the get go. Your whole attitude has been one of bad sportsmanship. Someone who can't give someone the benefit of the doubt - that in itself is a lack of empathy. AND you stated this would be your last comment - 3 posts ago, which is another example of lack of sincerity. YOU can't keep your mouth shut - not me. Had you not made your last post, I would have shut up. But you had to put in that last word despite saying you wouldn't. It shows you have a bit of a hostility problem, just my opinion.
