  3. How so? Is every error of judgement to be met with prison? Cmon, she's human. She overreacted, but the principle of proof beyond reasonable doubt means we should give her that benefit and assumed she acted in good faith. Just as we don't indict pilots for making mistakes under pressure in a plane crash. Should we start jailing them to?

  7. +Kristine A little harsh I think. I agree she overreacted, but can we expect absolute perfection from every police officer? She had apparently an unblemished record, never fired a weapon on all of her years as a cop until this year. People aren't perfect, and even very good ones with experience can make a questionable judgement call.
