@tetertertertert Didn't follow the Nassar case in detail. How confident can we be the dad was negligent toward his daughters?

@KM-uq1wb Oh I'm sorry. The fact it was premeditated. It appears to me it could well have been premeditated. But sometimes in the heat of rage you can't necessarily predict how you are going to act second by second. Maybe the idea occurred to him as he started speaking, but didn't actually commit to it until the very last second. BTW. It's happened to me. I never thought in a million years I would have it in me to say to a police officer, "you dumn f-ck." But I said it. I've always had low confidence in the absolute confidence so many express about reading others' minds. But that could well be my bias to be sure.
