  1. But they enacted the national security laws though, which people were against of then. The country will in theories have two sets of dual laws running through the entire country, in theory. I thought it was the actual one mini area with their mini laws against the rest of the laws. But if they said that HK has a specialist set of jaws and it is enshrined. Then it implies that the country has one system and another system running in parallel through it all. I.e. one Chinese law sets, another western jaws. Chinese laws and western laws running in parallel...
