  1. But that is something that you guys have to go through though. And then you need to also offer things like abortions as well. And create THE eventual healthcare system for your society? Why are people not doing this kind of empire building business. On the one hand, I hear a lot of "social media" accusations from Africans... as a Brit... I continue to hear all of this "racism" issue. But... don't you care beyond your own family and how they will fair ? Life is not equal.. even when I was growing up, I knew that. But... it does not mean that, it HAS to get worst. Does it? There is actually enough people in the UK for the NHS. We just are playing cold shoulder games, right now. Which is bureacracies. And then, because people are not playing balls...we are now doing things like refugee healthcare.. more like UN level work. Which is NOT right ! I tend to try and keep myself healthy.. but by no means, should we lose our talents. A lot of people have left the UK, and gone onto other countries like the ex-commonwealths as well. Or even from Europe, they come and then they go. Even despite holding them to account, and locking them down, they want more money. SO... when will things change ??? Is it fair that, "you were raised in a good health care systems, only for the next generation NOT to receive this same standard?"..... Some countries like Singapore, now does DNA healthcare already. It is already "the end"... cos people take care of what they eat and drink, and how to keep well. There is no need for these kind of doctors on basic things any more. Don't you realise that your market is in Africa ? Your assumption is that, your industry will never be disrupted. But to any working professionals, we know that, they know that, each sector will change and reform. So why don't you continue and be the value adder to your own country, rather than to seek things this way? As much as everybody has access to the GLOBAL internet... Did you not think that there were people BEFORE you, who have "been there, done that" ??? I know a lot of people in the UK working for the NHS. Either family friends as well as retired doctors too. Most just either go abroad, once they are done here. I know one went to Dubai.. but now he came back. Cos it did not work out. But if you are able to be the MANAGEMENT level... to change the course of destiny of your own country, why would you now accept this is your eventual path??? I don't get it. A lot of doctors in the UK also quit to work in the pharma sector to add values also to their researches too. Which is what happened. But by no means does it mean that, we do not have enough doctors. We do. These companies, are basically playing politics.. and want to force the sector to go down the insurance routes! We KNEW this... And this is why people protests on the streets of London and whatnots !!!!! Please know that, this is all just a game. Everybody KNOWS what is happening.. especially those of us who stayed and worked for like 20-30 odd years... we know.

  4.  @femiogundipe767  : Some of these "recruitment companies" are hiring people like yourself, and many others, through a loophoole... and that, they are treating you as a contract worker, when they should not do that. They ARE at risk of breaking the law, to be fair. And people like yourself.. is encouraging them. Even despite the fact that you don't know that, it is illegal, in the way that they hire you.... some of these agencies, if they don't do the due diligences and checks.. then they ARE at risk of actually acting like Gangmasters. Which is illegal ?? Each country have their own employment laws and their own immigration laws and such like. The UK government should NOT have to reach to THIS point... before it is taken seriously. I was watching a short film... of the US' medical pay. It went on to state that... the nurses earn a lot.. but then.. the doctors earn low... but will gain when he gets like around 8 to 10 years of experiences. I thought that was interesting. Cos I thought that the UK model is similar ? With the medics. You NEED to clock up the working experiences to provide a good judgement of a situation. So that you do not make mistakes. A lot of doctors from the past, would NEVER dare to think to jump ship like this. What the media has shown in recent years, and I saw it as well.. is that, those who are now qualified, are not experienced in many regards? Because the experienced ones have either left, or retired. It left a BIG gap.. in skills... There was an article about the doctor in the East Coast... who was the "head of the clinic", and he made several mistakes... consistently over the course of like around 8 surgeries, or whatever number it was? He was from Europe. But he was taught in a more holistic way, and not from basic principles... So he doesn't know what areas, what and why. The patient had to go to the larger unit in that region in the end. Where it had both the teaching hosp beside it as well as more junior people. So that, those who cannot work, cos they have retired, are acting more like a consultant and advisory as a professor to stop them from making mistakes. THAT is what it has come down to now in the UK. So.. IS it all about money ?? Is it ????.....

  6.  @faithlesshound5621  : You have to remember though, from those days to the now.. which is that... the post war period.. I know that, as a commonwealth baby... my grandfather were taught how to look after us grand kids too. I remember he would indeed insist on using things like Dettol... (which is a bit too much in today's society).. but definitely post war... this is antiseptic which will keep you alive for one. Daily bathing, and daily brushing of your teeth is how you keep yourself alive. Isn't this what nurses did back in those days on top of everything else? If we take those routines into daily lives, then that free up the nurses to do more, and to treat more complex situation and illnesses... Shouldn't that have been what happens? This video shows me that... the basic hygiene and things like keeping the skin and the bacterias at bay, is not even part of their basic amenities. And overpopulation and sexual health should also be another provision too. Reading these comments, from Africans.. you can see what and why here, don't you?? People often think..."we need to run here, this is the goal".... as compared to..." we NEED to keep this basic foundation, so that we can build on TOP of this". When the foundation tier is gone, then you should indeed back fill. Or find alternative solution, to keep the momentum. I suppose, not many people see the more holistic and round circular process flow, do they? Presumably not. I genuinely think that, Home Office have let go and cannot control what IS happening. I bet you that, there is a LOT of transient people in the UK. The last figure that I came across was actually around 8 million people. If I said that, my mother, when she retired is now living in HK. Can you imagine how many Brits are actually abroad? Many. Maybe more like 10 million... at a good estimate. Japan does not allow foreigners really to settle in their own home country. And they slowly edged upwards to around 100 million post war.... Can you imagine.. I mean.. UK is kind of a declining race, AND nation... Maybe there are more English, Scots and Irish in the USA. But I bet that this figure is also not high too...

  7. We are stuck between... the old soveign colonial ties.. and then the modern republic push... neither of which is making the citizens' lives any better. Everyone is very miserable. You know.. if I have never thought about working for the Foreign Office before... boy... after this one. I really want to work in the FCO NOW... If these doctors leave Nigeria.. then how can their babies be raised properly then? Somebody raised THESE doctors when they were babies. So how come, somebody helped raise THEM... only for this generation of youths.. to bite back at us ??? And to even tell us this is what the issues are ! LOL.... A lot of people have a good standard of living in the UK IS because, they gave up their own selfless position. There had been a lot of people who WERE doctors.. they went into the pharmas. Otherwise how would we have generated sector entirely ? And then you have Corbynistas... who flan the flames.. often... and repeatedly... and always... I fell out with my family because of the NHS. We always argue over this. And this is beginning to hurt people throughout. The ones who are negligent, are often "covered up".. and not reprimanded at all? And this is why then.. to cover themselves, they force and push for a private sector model as well.. so that it is not the GMC that prosecutes. As a government unit, but then it is a private company that is being "failed by points". This is why, when you walk around the UK today. See how unhealthy some people are. See how healthy Japanese people are. See how healthy South Koreans are. Even see how healthy the Americans are. See us in the UK... we walk around with bits and bobs CHOPPED off us !!!! Even despite the internet is full of info, on self care, or nutritional advice and how to avoid things... we still get aimed to have mega whopping bits and bobs and policies, that forces us to have our bits taken away. Now, THAT is why the UK has not advanced. Actually. A lot of people wanted to cosmetic surgeries.. they left for South Korea... Even the likes of Yukon Wang ex-World Bank employee covered this angle as well. He stated, why doesn't the US, or the UK export healthcare services. In the UK, we have cut back a lot on our researches.. and this is the end results...

  9. You cannot keep on blaming the UK for "plundering", many people DID benefitted.. maybe they never shared it WITH you? So.. I am writing on a PC... that is made in China. So when will China STOP overproducing and over-manufacturing then, and outsource some of THOSE works into YOUR country for one? When I was a child in the 1980s.. I wore white tee shirts which says "Made in Pakistan." Or a "Made in Sri Lanka".... SO.... who were those families that sold those t shirts to the UK then? Where is the memo.... and why is THIS not talked about???? Why should the UK continually be kowtowing to the rest of the world ?! Btw, I am British Cantonese !!! It was not ME who plundered you ! I am also ex-Commonwealther too. And I say "NO MORE IMMIGRATION !".... It is not funny... when you see the news like... TWO foreign nationals... One from Poland. One from Africa somewhere. Living in a tiny small house. A HMO. Then because of some random disputes.... The African raised his fear level... (or maybe his killer instincts, I don't know).... and used the beer bottle and smashed the Polish guy in the head. Even his own African friend... cannot believe what he did. The Polish guy, with HIS friend.. did not do anything. He did not hit back. It was the African friend who called the police. Cos he acted out. Now.. is that what you do in Africa? Is it necessary to do that here in the UK? Life is already hard and tough in the UK... the guy just wanted to drink his sorrow away with beer... with his mate. And he got smashed in the head, cos the guy thought that he was going to fight him. People in the UK.. if they have lived here long enough.. they are quite harmless. Cos we fight life. We don't fight each other. If this African came from a DENSE city.. like millions in a tiny place. What and how will he react? He must really feel like... "injustice always"... .. ??? When I read that news story, I cried my guts out. DOES it need to be THIS intense ??? Does it? I don't know if the guy has been deported or not. I bet not. There is more and more and more of these cases each day.

  10.  @maniesh  : Also.. if you talked to my mother.. she will no doubt tell you the horror stories of how many babies did not survive in her generation. Cot death was high. Either malnutrition (from lack of food) was high. Even when Japan attacked the chinese... even in HK... as well.. the country LOST a lot of people too. Their people died. It took like a good 10-20 years to rebuild Japan. Cos people starved.. and did not have food. Never mind medicine. Can you say the same should happen in African now? In Nigeria ??? We fixed the food problem, but that is only a temporary situation. You need to build on top and on top and on top... I read an article about India.. you guys have similar problems with China too. Over-population... and the media keep saying things like "but people must need to have MORE children now"... That is what their media say. But the Western media reports that, the country is like a 1.4 billion people. I accept this figure to be true. What I bet that most Western media is not dealing with.. is that.. their people are NOT... being fed. Some niche random reports write and states that.. the people are indeed... "starving", and that their old home produce are restricted from sales. Some are even destroyed too, and they keep buying as well from abroad just to balance things out. What the media meant is that, each time people marry or have kids, you would literally have a banquet and then the food supply-chain will keep up as well. There should be indeed a social care system in place in China. To stop the confusion. But this should NOT mean complacencies though. Don't people think about how to go round in another generation ???....
