We brexited as well.... and I think it is morally degrading or emotionally taxing... So hire those who have been here for a long time but from ex-commonwealth countries, who knows the law inside and out? So that they can relate, and knows what is what ? There are different immigration scenarios.... From EU, outside EU.... and our relationship to those countries. Many of these immigrants.. would not be in a grey area, if only they know what to do. e.g. That Albanian gangs.. if they want to do business, then make a business case. Register your company, don't just waltz in, and waltz out. Do it properly. Don't sell drugs. Why sell drugs? And why traffick women? Don't do stupid things. At the end of the day, they want to make money, do business. Then do business. Why be dodgy Dave ? They would not fall into such category if only 1) They did things in the legal route, and 2) Make sure that all your business filings and tax filings goes to HMRC, just like everybody else. And then all of those education.... those are wasted, cos they don't even teach these people the skills that they want. i.e. Business skills... and actual English. How to find information, and how to literally help yourself ! So many of these poncy schemes to educate them into adulthood... This is nonsense ! And then, when they are also taken advantage of..... they don't even know where to look for help. They don't contact the UK police stations for criminal offences... and so the cycle continues.... I was also reading those cases of... foreign immigrants, using their own local business rules... to apply to the UK. i.e. Take out lots of loans and credits and debts... and never repay them. Cos apparently, their own country's laws on such matters are not the same as the UK's ?? lol........ So what IS the point of working then !!!...... That is so weird.
