It is equalled to around 300 million dong... Does a 300 million dong payment, or somebody that pays this, is "poor" ?

She is assuming that the passport is some kind of travel document, but it is not. It means that, she gives her child to the King, as a British subject ! And that they should follow Christianity as well.. since the laws follow Christian laws, and also ethics etc. What does she think she is doing here ???!!! And I bet you that so many non-Brits are deliberately going to use those stupid "social media" laws or whatever and call this "hate"..... Er... actually... this is the law. Would you like to hear something funny ? I don't know if this is for real... but I think this is stupid. Surely, it is stupid. ( 300,127,690 ) I converted how much 10k pound is. It equals to around 300 million Dong. LOL..... I think she could afford to raise her baby, right ?.... And live forever... I knew it was high, but I had no idea it is this high.... 300 million.... If she stayed in Vietnam to raise the baby.. then it can have a life. If she stayed here in the UK. They still have to pay a lot if taxes. Plus. The so called benefit system is now being getting rid of now. So... I bet this is not being circulated. Economy changes. Budgets change...

@sko1beer : Er... this is not technically true true.... Yes, if you happen to be born here then. However, you shouldn't use this as a form of blackmail as well.. for an oversea's bride. Pakistanis used to do this a lot.. and this is what caused a lot of division in the UK as well... And now.. they have another issue too. i.e. Inbreeding and illnesses... i.e. A child is now born ill.

Let's go backwards. Every single person in the globe, should have a nationality. Why do I say this ? When all countries joined the UN. This is already law. So therefore you should have a form of citizenship. And UK is no different. The difference here is... what passport, and what citizenship you hold, when you enter the UK matters a lot. So many individuals enter the UK with their own home country's passport already. And they did not try any other methods to get in ! For those of you without a passport, and is "stateless".. Well... being born here, does not mean that you won't be stateless at all. Cos if you were stateless when you entered, you will still be stateless when you get here. This is why, it is in your own best interests to be honest to begin with. And when your child is born here, yes, they do become British.. but only based on your passports. That is, if your country does not have a mutual agreement with the UK. Then no.. it does not automatically happens ? Only if there is an existing agreement in place first. This is why... in truth.. since Vietnam is not and was not an ex-commonwealth country as well. Then how did they ended up here ? And your passport or nationality passes onto your child as well by birthright. So, if you have a Canadian passport, you could apply for your child to have a Canadian passport. In fact, they have to be signed onto your adult passport together as a unit.

@JamilaYasin-yr2pu : Many people who wants to become parents, save money first, before they have a child. So that they could afford the child. So I don't get what these people are doing ? And this is not a smart woman either... Cos she is paying for a husband ? That money, can allow her to survive in her own home country. Or to provide for the child. So why is she spending money on a "fake husband", rather than an actual "food for the baby" ? That is not good mother behaviours at all.

Because in the UK, we have strict border controls already as well... and yes, babies application are checked. We control who enters to begin with... or rather, should. And when they apply for the passport for the child... Well... the parent's backgrounds are scrutinised and checked too. By getting the passport.... a British passport.. It means that, the child.. belongs to the King of Britain. People do not realise what a passport means. These so called "immigration lawyers" are not formal lawyers, than they are actual administrators, trying to beg for forgiveness on behalf of the child... Only because we live in a democracy. If the King abolished the parliament tomorrow... Then the laws are a lot more clearer and explicit ? Those so called "lawyers" are not really lawyers in the sense that, they deal with the issue... What they are doing, is to "negotiate"... and the final say.. can be that, the State can indeed refuse. Obviously.. these individuals who participated in this, ought to have their own British passport refused.

Why should there be a DNA tests and why should the taxpayors' money.. be spent in this way ??? The land belongs to the King.. HE runs the country. He owns the country. He can refuse anybody from entry ! Why doesn't people think of it from this angle ? When you have a lawyer.. it is being negotiated and checked... But don't assume that, it is a given right though. These people are doing deals of their own.. inside the land that belongs to the King !!!!! Either they have lost their own minds, or that, they're way too arrogant to get it ???

jack-ph3lq : There are families made up of different nationalities, only because, somebody in their family tree married or had babies from that race. So... even though so many migrants, or internet users, do not know why some people lives in the UK... It could be their grand father.. or their father.. was an English guy... And therefore, they just stayed in the UK in the end. And live amongst their families and relatives !!! Don't presume that, this should be an open door policy though.

SO.... if she leaves or that he leaves and both of them are abroad... does that mean the UK government, has to use international laws, to drag either parents to deal with their own child ? And to raise them up ??.... UK government shouldn't deliberately or need to unnecessarily change their own laws, to suit one or two individual, as compared to the rest of the country. The rest of the population is going to revolt on such impositions. "Just because you broke the law, you are dragging us down with you ? "

And everybody that literally was there, before the social media, brainwashed so many individuals, and make assumption knows that. There is life "offline"... so if they are prosecuted.. for whatever reason. Then don't blame us, for not warning you guys. Literally... Cos there is the so called "hate speech".. which social media, or the advertising sector wants to promote. But this is a REAL piece of news. Genuine REAL criminal case, that is happening... and the bystanders doesn't understand the differences between the two. I bet you that, readers online, does NOT get that, this is a REAL life news and a piece of law as well ? They just assume that everything online is "free and are games"... like, TV, just like it is entertainment. They don't get that this is broadcasting.. and "investigation"... to show that, these things happen. (This is to give those individuals an actual chance, to turn their lives around. e.g. 1) Either leave the country. Or 2) Stop the trade and the transaction. 3) Go through proper and formal and legal routes instead. Don't enter with tourists visa. And make everything legal, and above board. ) Obviously, this is happening, so it cannot be above board. One or two of the individual in the situation must not have the proper paperwork etc... For whatever reason.

Well.... they can now be deported cos we changed the laws. Lol..... There can be a special court. Even if refugees from Vietnam were taken in before via HK.. before 1997... it cannot be as so now.

@WLVFX : The problem is not that it is not developed. The problem is that, these people have no strong grit. As in... they have made their money already. So then, the next generation should not do the same any more? It should indeed be generation passed onto another generation. They did not stop this. This is half the issue. And therefore, because their population exploded as well.. They don't know how to turn things around. Did you know that, the10k.. equals to around 300 million Dong ? It is a lot of money. Vietnam is not a poor country. I think you are mistaken. Do not assume that, they don't have nice buildings and things. They just seems to hell bent on working abroad and exporting. This is due to the Asian financial crash of the past.. It is just that, they never implemented taxations or heavy taxes, to make people stay or to reduce population sizes by providing for free abortion and things like that. @divx1001 : Not all of them are born and raised, this is the point... Many of them hold fake passports. Tell me... I consider myself as British Cantonese... i.e. Commonwealth country was from HK. Tell me.. Why would Vietnamese enter the UK ? When was Vietnam part of the Commonwealth grouping ? It never was. And the handful of individuals, should only be, when it was under HK and a few came that way via HK citizenships. And they ought to have stopped by now. No more. So why would they be able to do this, in 2023 ? They should NOT be able to do so. So.... How could they be born? History shows you that this is not a possibility ? I think many of them.. came under those "investment visas" I bet. And I bet you... some of these individuals... took out some kind of loan.. abroad as well... and came here to "invest" or other.. And hence ended up here. These kind of issues, need to be resolved. And found out. This is what is causing economic issues for the UK overall.

After the reduction of the commonwealth, there shouldn't be anybody that enters the UK. Except for the families of the ex-commonwealth people only. And Europeans. Nobody else. Anybody else, needed to apply a visa, via a company ? Or to be sponsored? Not via a tourist visa. So I don't get it.

If they happened to be working in that country when they were there, then this is of no choice. But to deliberately go somewhere in order to get this. I don't agree, to be honest. Cos this is the exact same thing happening in HK as well. Until now, the city's treasury is almost bankrupt ? And this is why people fight ? Cos they used up their reserve as well ? So what makes these individuals think that they are not bankrupting other countries as well ? Immigration office, need to check the visa or the work visa and everything in order to... Well.. before they do anything. Cos I have seen a lot of ex-commonwealth people do this too. Malaysians are famous for this. As well as Australian Asians... i.e. They use Australia as a route into the UK. They are stretching the goodness of people, and of countries... They are going to be hated by the taxpayors. Definitely ! Even adults are starving now... so why put them first?

When cities or countries, does their budgets.. they would have predicted and counted as to WHO it applies and WHO it does not apply ? So, if you did this and moved and took someone else's position, then why ??? What should this happen ? How ???... And why do you need to go over to pay this much taxes and work, when you don't need to become a citizen ? To become a citizen means that, you're going to be a subject to the King. So why do they want to do this ? It means you are his slave, basically. To follow the laws.... A lot of people just think about the pound as a currency and as an actual job, and earnings. But they don't realise that, the citizenship means to settle down inside the UK and never to go back to their own home country.

Did you know that... even if two people are supposed to be "married"... and if this guy is actually..."the father" on the birth certificate... then... if they separated... then, the wife could still claim for child maintenance, and the government acts as the middle man here... and deducts it from the Father's wages ! These people are seriously stupid. Why do you want 15k, when it doesn't stretch that much, when you could have around 300 million dong ? Do you know how much and how long you could survive in Vietnam with around 300 million dong ?!?!!?! Crazy pratts. This man still needs to pay "maintenance fees" for around like.. a goddamn next 18 years.... So let's calculate how much it costs to raise a single child. I estimate it at today's value to be around say.... ooo.... under-estimate of around..... 144k pounds. 8k per year. And this is a low figure as well... lol.... So swapping a 10k for 145k ? :) I don't know if this man is clever or stupid. Cos the government will chase him down to pay for this as well..... I don't think he learnt that in the citizenship's test.. right ? I bet not. And then, the rest of us would get super angry at him as well... cos why.... Cos it would come out of OUR taxpayors' pocket as well. That is how angry we will feel.... So therefore, he just generated and became an actual "Public Enemy Number One".... @edwardvalivonis23 : Your child ONLY gets a British passport, IF Britain had an actual agreement, of transferral of passport, with your own home country to begin with. Get it ???? For me.. it is very clear, cos I just move around the commonwealth realm. For anybody outside of that, if you were in the EU.. then it follows EU laws.. and the agreements. If for outside of the EU and outside of the actual Commonwealth as wealth.. say like the USA... er... IT is then international laws. The problem here is that, some people are overlaying, say, outside of EU and Commonwealth laws, like global laws, onto EU cases or Commonwealth cases etc. This is why, some "skilled" individuals kept saying things like..."but this is the UN laws etc"... Er... NO...... whatever was signed before.. and before the EU was created. Don't assume just cos the EU exists, that it has actual "legal control" over absolute members. Cos they don't. And the EU does not have control over other foreign countries either !!!!!

American laws have absolutely NO control and have NO jurisdiction application in the UK, AT ALL !!!!!!! And don't assume that, just cos the UN entity exists.. (which.. it is man-made under the past 70 years)... does NOT mean that the old laws previously before this creation, is NOT applicable ??? At all ???...

I bet they don't. Definitely don't.... I bet that some people work in certain places, only to benefit their own families, and what nots. Cos why would they, otherwise ? Right ? And if you do the same for the police force as well... why are most of the police members mostly white as well ? (Even when I was assaulted, and I put in a report.. the first thing that the man said to me was "why". Not "whom". He asked "why". Cos he wanted to believe in the goodness of the people. Which means that he is not doing his job.) I am a middle-aged woman already.. when I was in my 20s.. the questions when the police does investigation often were standards like..."do you know these people, and what has happened here". That kind of Christian honesty is now lost ? With so many police force members, maybe accused of racism.. has ended up with a situation of.. vulnerableness all around. (I miss those old days.. cos even the police used to patrol their own local communities as well... to stop people from harassing one another. Like, they would sit in certain establishments and act as a community police member as well. To stop people from harassing one another.. and to keep an eye and an ear out. )

@theLabradorite : It shouldn't happen to begin with any way.. since everybody in a typical country is related to one another in some ways, so why would you allow somebody in this way, or to even create a kind of incest situation? Why is it necessary to use DNA testing as part and parcel of every migrant's life? Why is she lying? Why does she need to lie? Why doesn't people go down the proper route instead? Which is to formally enter and leave a country with a visa, or with a proper paper work. Why is she not just holding onto her vietnamese passport? Cos she can still live here... even with a Vietnamese passport. So why need to "find a new passport and a new person" for? She can work under a Vietnamese passport anyway, and also register to work !!!!! Is this woman MAD ?!?!?!!? All that... for SOME stupidities !!!

They only want your foreign currencies. And even that, cannot be upheld. Did they assume that other people did not follow the regulations OR the laws ?!?!!!... How funny !!! Everythign seemed to be SO funnier now, ever since "social" media has enacted !!!! @DestroyerOfLiberasts : We do.. but it is slowly being reduced and slowly erased as well.. cos the people are very transient... and this is why everybody has ran off now, used up the reserve and left the country. If you care to notice, a lot of councils are bankrupt? lol........ And many charities exists now too. lol.... And if anything, besides.. I mean, I don't know the UK's treaty and deal with Vietnam... but that child maintenance part, can indeed be chased... I mean, it depends on if anybody takes the situation to international law courts.. but basically, that man, once he signs that paper and admits to be the father... and if he left.. and went back to Vietnam, say... She can indeed use the courts, the UK courts, to get maintenance fee as well. I think you need to understand what it means by "racial laws". As in, what considered as racists in law and in discrimination. This situation, is obviously a fraudulent situation. So no... this is not a racial discrimination crime case. It is an illegal immigration crime case. Cos if you want to come into the UK, the process is not like this.

Especially between the USA and SE Asia... Those individuals, once have stepped inside the USA.. assuming that the "entire West is open for business". Cos this is what happens in HK. People could be working for around 6k HK dollars.. but the equal currency back home, is around 11 million units.. of their own home currency. THIS is why.. you are being targetted.. as a possible dad material... whenever you go out to SE Asia as well. You should have known this by now. All of those so called "tourists spots".. and "Trying to expand Western brands"... Have landed a bad bad BAD situation for the UK. I once saw a lady, she said she was British.. and she just came back into the UK.. and she told me that she used to live in Singapore... (She was actually homeless, and on the streets and was looking for a place to live for the night. I tried to help her into the local salvation army for the night. I even gave her my actual bus pass too... so that she could travel anywhere....) I couldn't believe that this was Britain. It brought tears to my eyes a lot.. Like, really a lot ? At the end of the day, this is her home.. and I am merely the visitor... if anything.. or that is how I am beginning to feel....
