If you were born in the generation before the "social media" .... and before the "app generation".... and before "4G/5G generation"..... and before "HK had 9000 high rises, rather than 3000 high rises of commercial buildings, and lots of rice paddy fields, and a lot less "investment properties"..... and a tight border... and nobody in the nearby Shenzen...and those rice paddy field people paid OFF their buildings and is willing to work for almost free...... (Cos nobody rushed there to create a chaos situation, in order to the inflate social media, internet, satelites.. and money...) So everybody rushed there.. and assume that anybody's money is "real".... lol.... Well... these bubbles now... what to do ? Indeed. What to do ??.... Didn't have a formal process in place. Didn't even communicate what and why. Everybody doing and rushing to reach a what.... nothing to back anything. lol.... And EVERYBODY going online, to do a "contrarian".... as well.. market the marketeer... and their system.... and fight the fighters..... Hm. Sales fight sales people. Hmm....

Sorry... why did ISA have to pay "stamp duty" ??? It is either "shares" or it is "cash".... IF the assets were "property REITS".. then sure.. but many are not though. Right ? So..... and most would expect "shares of a COMPANY".... as in, actual production kind of company, and not real estate kind.

@sang3Eta : Stamp duties, only applies to buildings. And not shares. Capital Gains Taxes.. applies to the sales... so now, if he is saying that, CGT applies to actual sales of the shares. That is the fractional shares (presuming you mean that some shares, have properties within it).. he is claiming that, they must be released now. There should NOT have been actual properties within shares. So if he calls this one out then.. it means he is directing the market to get rid of any company shares, that isn't depreciating properties (with use)..... etc etc etc.... And that as a consumer, you need to be clear between consumer/private investors to that of company investors etc. I thought it was clear.

@sang3Eta : Was it called "stamp duty" ??? I know that there aren't personal CREST accounts, or are you saying that there is ??? Sorry... ???.... I don't actually understand where the unwhole shares come into play. And derivatives isn't.... Did we break this system in the UK or other? Cos it shouldn't have been merged with the internal domestic market, right ?

"fractional" (digital ad BS) thing.... that they are selling... (aside from so called bitcoin as well)..... They have not been regulating this grey area and overlaps as well... and fudged it into the "stocks and shares" ??? I thought that this video is clear.... HMRC doesn't regulate how a company do their business, but judging what you guys are basically saying is true and it is happening, then it is a case of fraudulent activities. This is why HMRC doesn't regulates it, cos it is corporate fraud which they are doing ? This falls under a higher level of crime. (Transnational, i.e.g Between two countries.) This is why presumably, this "media" company is actually "telling tales"... of what shouldn't exist or be. Cos frankly, some individuals are doing this wrongly. And if you take a step back.... why does this youtube exists ? It is a "Media" channel, right ? So the "media" sector is basically calling out the other "fake media" company, to let go of their wrongly created business model... lol.... If you could read between the lines.... Some companies, would've had 1) media company, and 2) separately, an advertising channel/form.... as a separate holding and investment. So....
