  1. In the UK, we have a subsidy to help people do things... So if you are retired and cannot do certain things, then you can get this help. A lot of people do not.. but only those who worked in office jobs all of their lives, could afford to do so. They are a lot lot lot more mobile... But those who worked in manual jobs in the previous generation, suffers a lot lot lot more.
