  1.  @ooo4616  : It could be because they declared it. But then, that piece of statistics, kind of confuses the overall figures as well... so.... And there is this mega big "adverting" and "marketing". Like this channel.. which confuses and basically masks the actual situation as well.... But how could, the entire population be "self employed"... ????... Their situation happened, cos he did not register himself as self employed, isn't it ? So.... Or if he just actually locked himself and separated himself.. and opened a small company.... or trade company, and then actually... could claim actual carer's benefit.

  2.  @Taylor23890  : So many of us doesn't qualify, cos it is set up in a way that does not work? Cos they averaged it out ? So... but then if you had an actual person there, to speak to. And then deal with issues. So... I just realised that somebody has been messing around with my energy... I didn't even know that my energy supplier no longer deals with the actual pricing itself. So therefore... when I looked back in my bills.... I had... I jumped from... a mere.. 800 per year... for a single person.. to a whopping 1500... (Which, at this point, I thought it was SUPER HIGH !!!!!! ).... And now.. into an actual.... 2500 per year !?!!?!!?!!!!!..... And that is because there is a LOT OF... high rises, that is super empty in my city. I don't wish to pay THIS MUCH !!! This is NOT acceptable at all ???... I ought to be paying for what I used !!!!.... But that is NOT the case. I was reading about how the likes of National Grid literally uses these kind of national systems.. and that they averages things out.... So... How can I be using this much ? It means that I am paying for other people's usages as well.. and they did that by devolution deal as well !!!!... That is CRAZY. I want euthanasia on the NHS. Cos I don't want to handle this any more. Enough is enough. Everywhere I go, are rejections after rejections and rejections.., or harassments, and corporation harassments etc etc etc. I actually think that I might have genetic dementia as well.. hence.. I felt so low and slow, especially after 2 operations.... I cannot even remember a lot of things, unless I have people that keeps ranting at me to remind me etc etc.
