  1. Running a studio is not cheap. Maybe that is what failed them so. And also, creating new contents, should.. Well they should look at YT, or even for other countries, and their back logs as well.. and make sure that they have a decent "right" to lock them to them only for a set period of time. And yes, diversify then... Or consider merging with other companies etc. i.e. Uber, or delivery companies to include food AND movies together as a deal.

  2. Hm... they should've done some kind of deals with the other companies as well. Sign up some of the other company's actual popular's shows ? Cos this is an actual quite fast industry.. If they wanted to hold onto their customers, then they should consider maybe merging with the other companies, and /or to split the way of their pricing model ? Premium and standard. Premium should have some of the really great ones at the moment like HBO's old series of "Game of Thrones" ?? Or some of the old popular series like Friends, or Sopranos, Six Feet Under, or X-files. They need to rebroadcast X-files, definitely ! And also, they should definitely consider to broadcast some of the really popular Japanese series. Or Korean series as well.... Or even the HK series ! Or even the most popular series like Dr Slump, which is Japanese animations. Which was produced by Fuiji TV, according to wiki.... To fight against the Disney ones, then they need to show things like old British tv series. Like Thomas Tank Engine. Or Danger Mouse. Or... Mr Men's.... Worzel Gummidge (gosh, even prime TV got this one) lol... So competitive.
