He needs to understand that, while countries like the UK, had actual "offshores" locations, to counteract the ballooning of assets of currencies... Japan didn't. Cos it had an actual Royal family, and their companies were locally merged cooperatives. They weren't actual companies, like that we define here in the UK, and nor the way it is defined in the USA ? SO..... This is why it is SO confusing. Although they tried to move those bubbles into something else that is controllable.. I think it hit back onto their own central bank. That is why.... but... It does not mean that they cannot reform again. Like, the UK, we would move some into "charities" and "companies"... or "cooperatives"... and they would fluctuate. If people understood the UK's model.. it is dual circular... Japan can do it again. Really. So....

To counteract that, the USA went through a cycle of..."re-engineering"... as in..."turn old things, and better improve it"... That was those management consultancies eras.. Which worked. Cos even before the Japanese boom.... the US went into a decline... So , they had to also control the relationship with Japan too... and they created the Sarbane Oxley.... It wasn't known that, they... it isn't totally a loophole per se... but it is more of a case of..."undefined areas"... So the businesses grew faster, then the politics? Which is what happened... really... And so therefore, it seems and feels like.. it was uncontrollable.. and the only option is to take the immediate one available.

@GhostSamaritan : To counteract this, the euro... I mean, if Europe could re-introduce back the old currencies as well.. and let that be traded between the EU... and such likes... that would have been a better ideal. Cos then it means that is a control mechanism for deleveraging ?... So... But I doubt that Europe would decide on things like that. So...

@xiphoid2011 : Do you know how the UK does it ? They deliberately create life, and lose the money back to the next generation. That is how they do it. And then, it goes through another cycle.. and it then loses back to your OTHER grand child.... You know the game of mah jong? That is it.
