@nigellei8591 : It is wrong to use "urban" and "rural" inter-changeably... because frankly.. some of those are literally taken up and misconstrued in English. SOME of those lands.. should be hands off from Western firms ! Cos they are imperial lands ! Just like in the UK and in Europe as well. There are Royalty's lands... gentry's lands.. and then there are "public lands that could be build on"... And EVERYBODY... including the Royal family PAYS TAXES !!!! So I don't get why some people tried to escape from paying taxes. I don't ? The reason why some of the lands the Queen had blocked to pay taxes on, is because she would be paying twice. i.e. She uses some of the money from that land for her charities already... so she cannot be taxed again etc... That is the only thing. But otherwise, she did pay her taxes too. (Normally to fill in gaps.)
