  2.  @valrrrshu  : Their descendents should live there... and this is what most people will do any way. Even if you move, or if you move abroad, most people still buy old houses. Same thing. What is the difference here, for someone to make some ideas, or to find some kind of business model and to regenerate this area ?? Many areas in the UK are similar. They are regenerated... Same thing. If people can refurbish, and regenerate. Why can't others in HK ?? Find out the options.

  5. Yes, this is what happened... cos someone think that the city needs more, so the original settlers... were kind of left in the lurch... and are often, pushed or forced to leave... Given some money, which is not even enough to stay in the city. (Often, these villages are remote, and the people are uneducated... so are tricked on the price point, as well as... how to get on in life afterwards....) This is how things happen... and a family unit is destroyed. It creates bad feelings, in society. If someone went to your hometown, gave you a lie, and sold your family house... and then trashed the grave. Would you not feel angry ??? I would.
