  2. I think many people doesn't have actual fridges or freezers. So if you leave goods as it is, then it basically ferments. That is why.. there are problems to be solved.... Also, a lot of "trial and error".... By companies. Many Chinese only like to stick to traditional food ? So this is why they also dump bread.
