@spidermann1256 : This is the thing... in China, everything is "bureacratic"... as in, people, the wealthier that people are, and that they get... the more.. competition and more competitive they feel... So therefore.. they don't know how to treat each other nicely.. or how to actually get something done. Cos everybody just is unsure of... how to avoid mistakes... so... there are the personal experiences as well too. So...
