@ggrey3155 : That is because they are not Hans. This is why they would not wear Hanfu. Whereas in Japan, and in South Korea... They took their entire kingdom and moved and stayed with the time, and not fight anyone else, but protect their own people. THIS is the difference.... All other countries are exactly the same ? European countries are the same too... And this is why sometimes you still find the traditional written work, recirculate once a while... or old traditional cakes or recipes, repeat itself once a while as well... during Christmas, during celebration. Do you see this in China ?!?! ..... People in Japan respect the Shogun.. and they respect their old Lords... and warriors who fought for the country.... I do not respect the ones who... destroyed the country, or destroyed Canton, or HK....

@obsidianstatue : The word "Fake" is used, when that something is not true. Hanfu would not be fake, if the person wearing it, IS from the Hans dynasty and race, and has never inter-married... or whatever. When the family-tree is broken... It then becomes fake. Fake by lineage, and fake by heritage. But the thing is.. in China, they refuse to define the definition of the "nationality".... instead of "race".. They call those who inter-married as "tribes"... or a "clan".... Do you see this continuous Manchu naming convention ? There is nothing very Hans and Chinese about this at all....

@obsidianstatue : If you trace all the migrants into Japan... I think you will find that, they do not take in many immigrants... In order to preserve their race, and their heritage, and their family tree as well.... But this never happened for so called "China", even though so many people want this to be so.

@obsidianstatue : As you say, those who are alive today, must belong to someone or some family tree. So those who are of the "56 tribes" must belong to some old tribal army, or units... from some nomadic families.... So how is this actually a "tribe " ? So you are basically saying, the state, supports these 56 old nomadic army units... just because they were part of the old kingdom... even though their rulers have fallen ??? So, in effect, those who now sits in central Beijing, are actually helping their great great great grand cousin, once or twice removed... using whose money ?? Does the money not belong to the people ?!!?!?!? Why do these tribes get subsidies ?!!?!?! Why are foreign companies, make money in China, and only the government take a big percentage of this.... so who do they help ?? And why are CCP members, how do they earn ? Why do they have lots of money ? What is their salaries ? Why do they earn as such ?? You tell me. In all other countries, all politicians... they pay to even enter the race to be nominated to be a governor. How and why does CCP members get the money ??? I repeat, in other countries, the citizen, PAY to become a politician... and let the people choose them first... Only in China, do CCP get a lot of state benefits... and money !!!

@obsidianstatue : Lol. I was born in the UK. How can my English be poor ? Sorry to see that you do not like what I write.... So be it. The truth hurts sometimes. Facts are facts. But if mis-translation happened, then yes, there is room for mistake and misunderstanding, but facts remain as facts. It cannot be changed, or destroy, cos it is a piece of history.

It doesn't look like a 1.7 million people city... It looks so dense... and so compact ! It is one of the saddest thing on Earth. China is supposed to be an old civilisation and country. US is not. US is a new country, and relatively young in comparison. Why does China always pull down its history and heritage, in order to "compete" ????? I would say, bring back some old bicycles as well.. and leave the car routes different to bicycle routes ! In order to reduce pollution... This is what I think. Maybe nicer, and easier to ride bicycles... and less stress on the legs, that kind of thing, or ones that can also transport when shopping..... Sometimes, people in planning don't think !
