They only got sanctioned is because that... IMF rolled up though. IMF did not used to play this big a role at all. And nor did the PRC had this big an actual population.. So they demanded more... And why those big cloud data centres for banking, also did not existed either. And NOR should the media or journalistic companies HAVE access to people's bank accounts ! Cos they did have that ! How else could they have known ?!....

That should be correct. Because... HK was a soveign country back then. And the PRC did not actually solidified to have its own banks, and various entities. And it was a ROC's "bank"... that actually was supporting oversea's US funding. This was correct, and right in accordance to Eight Nation's deals. When I look at this video now.. in 2023.. I realised what HAS happened... Because... I bet that, some companies tried to get onto cloud platforms.. but was compromised or something. Cos when Singapore's Barings happened.. it was clear ?.... And when the World Bank tried to actually expand into SE Asia... that was when... confusion etc. And this is why.. the PRC took advantage too... and Lippo also took advantage as well... Cos they created their own banks. And then dragged Tesco into their own structures per se... and... Tesco ended up funding the PRC's army basically. (Which, in today's terms.. they refuse to accept that they were the army, cos they restructured !) (I am trying to say that... there were "deals" done between nations even before the 1800s... So that was the truth. Before the modern day banking setup. The question was, whether it was correct to join them together or not. Maybe they should not have been joined together... at all.... I dunno. A lot of people often say "but you earned out of this." But that was a "ratio"... i.e. As communities or societies.. their wealths went back into the banks.. and their next generation got to utilise it as well... So.. from this angle.. is it fair or not ? )

That is not what really happened. What really happened is that, some of the British Empire's actual trading, is mixed up with actual global banking, or the rising of the other countries as well. So... this is why, some countries acted out, like they have a say in the global banking system, even if they are not involved or were never involved in those old Empire's trades.... Now that, is shocking, isn't it ? And in terms of the Chinese sides' growth... It was seen as a UN level bank. But it was a mere high street bank in the UK. It never mixed IB with retail. This is what caused global melt down really... trading contracts are mixed up with regular savings etc etc... Mixed up with regular remittances.
