So HK is no longer chinese then... as in... the identity of chinese is also gone too ? Ancient villages that could've turned and over turned the fights.... So yeh... go right ahead and claim it. Why not, right ? And no media reported this either.

@rusticbox9908 : If it breaks or goes wrong... who pays out ? Insurance companies.... so there we go. But this kind of situation should NOT happen.... Cos lives are at stake.

It is an actual complete under water tunnel though... I still remember my excitement when I went on the Kansas airport to Osaka line. It is ingenious... cos on the entire journey, you could see the whole actual.... seaview... which is brilliant. :)

@li_tsz_fung : Let's give credits where credits are due as well... cos if it was not for computerisation.. I don't think that this project would've been taken off as quickly... or as efficiently as well. I mean. what happened with the Macau bridge ? That took a long time to build.... as well.... and costs so much ! .... And HK is indeed actually too much as well.. in terms of its energy usages.

This was basically a situation of political play. i.e. Hidden versus... non-hidden... If what was shown on the animation was true. Then those actual bars were deliberately cut. And if you think about the situation.. the companies take out big insurances to do the work... and it is not meant to be actually desired or wanted. Those who cut the bars, assume that they are clever. At the same time.. those companies that insured the workd... took out a big loan.. and considering that they are foreign companies. It means that, those countries will and shall economically collapse... In this situation.. would you, or would you NOT... actually whistle blow ? So your company forcing the country to collapse.. means that, this is an even better situation to happen ? Now.. THIS is literally politics... as in.. dirty politics. It's like the Olympics... each time, a country host an Olympic, there could be a chance that there is a loss... and who would bear those costs ? Not each country could afford such losses....

@greaterbayareahero1401 : But Japan rail is a private national project. Not an international project, with different companies as suppliers to the project.. and those companies, bear the weight and currency fluctuations as well of their own home country. So yeh... this is no mean feat !!!! (NB: Judging the comments here.. it seems like... the "design" (which is the original calculation was wrong, or misjudged... cos most companies would indeed just actually do what is required etc)... and in this instance... James Poon did not "whistle blow"... Whistle blow is a situation whereby you knew that it would break a situation, and then it is a bad situation, and it was intentionally done. So.. in this situation.. did they deviated from the original design? Presume not. So if they did not, then basically, his assumption is that... in an "undefined situation" and "untested".... He desired more to be spent, and more to be added to be above a tolerance level, rather than actually to follow the original design. i.e. He is trying to force more money to be spent.. than not... Everything has a cost. So, would it come from his company ? Cos taxpayors are paying for this. Not his own personal account. There are starving and poor adults in HK. And this project is what... just another few millions.. for what purpose ? To save the trip for an extra 15 minutes ????.... THIS.. as we say in Cantonese.. is "spoiling the child".
