I think you will come to learn that, "PRC" of around 1.4 billion people. Some genuinely had no idea who is who. And what is what ? Some regions, were really factory workers... and they maybe added value. Or some regions were opened to foreign investments and were exporting already... While Mao seems to be a projector of sorts. i.e. See production in one region, and decide to dictate the other region to do the same, even though they are unskilled. So when some of these migrants, move to the factory region. THEN, they assumed that the work is done and dictated by Mao.... and hence why they seem to love him. But this documentary, really tell the correct angle, from the entire country at_that_time. Where was I in the 1950s ? I was not born yet. My mother and father was born. My grandfather was also a rural land peasant in HK. Second World War just happened.... and HK was being industrious. And our house was a wooden house. It is also so strange to hear that Chow En Loi was also not very protective. He basically saw the issue, but still went ahead any way to let it happen. Cos it wasn't his control and things.

Terra Cotta army was paraded across the world in a world tour a while back. I didn't even know of the Qin Dynasty's existence, but then again, Chinese history is not my forte. During this lockdown, I learnt a lot about the history... "China" was never really a single country, but made up of different groups and lineage etc...We are using modern day methods to postulate the history... and even in some of this info in the video is actually not correct. It is estimation...

Because if found out... then legitimacies would be challenged... Areas will be split. People will also be split. In some Chinese annuals/analic, it states who had tried to flee where. What happened etc. It is funny how some of those documents, get mistranslated even when it reaches Western academia...

@itzamia : But the South also had overseas trade at that time. Post second world war... people literally just... kept rebuilding other foreign countries basically. Cos nuclear bombing went on all around the world. I feel really bad to hear that the family of Liu Xiao died during this period. And to even hear Mao not even caring at all....

@angelabby2379 It's not a tomb, it's a palace ! But I am sure that, when you speak to people in chinese or in mandarin, they call it a "tomb".. to describe what they see currently. It is rare for them to tell you in a "estimated" way. The chinese language is literal... it stays in the presence form, from their current 2020's perspective. Whereas, I am now a viewer.. viewing a video... and guessing, what might have and could have and had happened. I just realised that, there are like a difference between English and chinese in a time-frame manner... No wonder English has present tense, past tense, and future tense. Whereas the chinese language does not have that.

We know that Korea, North, and South, also were once upon a time, split off from mainland China.. or what we call "Mainland" today. However... A lot of people, do not wish to see all of those areas, as a "single country" right this moment !!! And also, some of those areas... there were fights, and wars.. And nomadic tribes killed one another etc. It is trying to piece together... what went on where, why.... I think that it is not a tomb either. I think that it is actually a palace. Or was supposed to be a palace... until people turned and killed off the kingdom etc. Part of China today, or the so called Silk road.. there were actually migrants, or people movement from the Jewish state.. or the West of China, into China itself... If you read into the world map, many areas and regions used to be a single piece of land. Before earthquakes and so forth split the world etc.

They're not shamens, he's read too much stupid National Geographics and made assumption that everything is as he assumes. If you looked at their clothing, it has that traditional and classic chinese cheung sam... the white cheung sam... and then the grain farming as well. Those are traditional "grain" people... Even when you said the word "miao", sounds like 苗. And then... the gong... this is what the local mayor would do, to raise people... and the ancestral worship.. even my family did that when we were in HK as well. Before the hakka (this cannot be classified as a tribe, the word ought to mean "migrant"... "guest people".... literally means migrant, cos they are from out of this current village, an outsider).... moved in, killed the people off, took their villages, fought over everything.. and then mostly died. The ones left, would literally be forced to remarry.. you know how the story goes... The end of that really. Communists should really mean "outsider or outside of the family"... Those people literally just separated from their own families, and created new ones. Well.. if you stayed , but documented an actual family tree. Then is this a bad thing? No. Cos that is what the Japanese did for themselves, same with the South Koreans as well... Rather than to invade another village.

@brantemery : This is not true... it has been broken... I think people need to understand what is going on.. Just because people "look" the same race.. But technically, they are not. Not really. Some people see a split off... and rejoin back say another century or so, is not.. technically the same. Especially if one has inter-married. To put it into modern day words, imagine your great great grandfather marrying his great great grand cousin or other. Does that even make sense now ?

That is because these Korean-mixed race people, are basically going back to their ancestral homeland to take back what is theirs... Even though we say that they came from Korea.. or even from Japan... Some of those.. were really going back to the location, that their ancestors were killed on. And then they fled... Fled to grow up.. into adulthood... and then to take back what was theirs. THAT is what really went on. i.e. They revenged for their father, or grandfather... They saved themselves first.. have kids.. be strong.. and then came back to kill. People often put down the Americans... in modern day life. And in recent years via the internet and via social media. But why does America have to become this "security middle man"... to stick inbetween these groups of people ? Japan lost a lot after the war, and then they rebuild. I think it was signed under some treaty or other.. that allowed US to help grow food for Japan... to rebuild their cities. And then, they were also asset stripped.. and removed from their advancements... and absorbed their skills and technology. To dumb them down. The reality is ? Some of the so called American tech...(which eventually was stolen by the chinese as well) came from Japan to begin with ! Post war industrialisation... saw a collaborative efforts... to make things that came from different countries to make an eventual item. This was trade.... To equalise... and to force to stay peaceful by means of exchange. That is really what went on. (And yes, Japan also helped china rebuild too.. by allowing those factories to open in china... and Japan became the consumer group....) But I somehow don't think that is also what is taught in schools in china though.

Do you think it is fake ? I question a lot of these info from China. On the one hand.. I kind of think to myself, just how much would these genuine archeologist, really seriously follow the truth, or would they only find info which backs up the current CCP and leave their own position and be in power, in all honesty ? @emilyvee4922 : There is a lost in translation... it was never "unified"... Some people claim that they won, by stealing somebody else's family heirloom. i.e. The seal. And when that family falls. Their entire clan of people, their civil servants, scholars.. everybody that they employ. Dies with them. Looking at this site. It looks similar. That was how the Song dynasty's Emperor also ended too. The child was too young, their Kingdom was being attacked. So they ran. But bearing in mind that... the idea of "unification" is such that, there are a lot of different levels of "Emperors"... and each region is supposed to keep hold of their land and titles... unless being attacked. So yeh.. depends on how you see it. Cos it can be seen as an area of different mini Kingdoms with their associated Emperors. Everybody basically follows the next economic goal.. or whoever is the ruling title.. etc... This is why, if you see your enemies getting attacked. You don't get involved. Explains why nothing truly ever works. Not really.

I've been to Canada.... and some of those eyes and those looks as well.. definitely reminds me of the Native Americans. Or what they class as "First Nation".... But those totem poles which still exist today.. looks like these artefacts. But the living First Nation people today, doesn't have those eyes and those looks. If you noticed.. Agnes' eyes.. have that same look as well. That lowered bulging eyes. Even though she said she is from Taiwan. The Premier Xi is similar too. His look, he looks like he's got one of those totem pole face. lol... The Bronze Age was around 3300 BC to 1200 BC.... and those artefacts look quite well made... Melted metal. It's also odd that, they classify "Sanxingdui " means "三星" (3 stars)... and today... the company name... "Samsung".... exists. And "金沙" = "Jinsha" ??..... Jin = Korean dynasty....

@nicholasr82 : Really ?? I want to see the DNA... I'm curious actually. Cos some people say that.. the place near the Xian.. technically isn't the first civilisation in China. Just the location geographically happens to be. Cos the real "river people" started a little bit more North than that... and then they migrated further South etc in later years. This is why the West side, according to some, is seen as more like Eastern Europeans.. or Central Asian... (And this links back to Babylonian times.)

@nicholasr82 : Lol... This kind of fearmongering is something that I did not expect. 1) Those areas are probably shielded by the military because the government do not want them to be looted. I cannot recall which year, the policy kicked in, but digging up old graves like that, is actually against the law. I think it is a death penalty situation. It certainly was the case, when any individual is holding onto "national treasure" items. i.e. a vase from the Ming dynasty, or an ivory stamp which once came from the palaces' indoors. It is illegal for any citizen to possess it, or to sell it on the black market. This is maybe why the military is there to deter people from being sentenced to the death penalty. 2) About the caucasian race, or Jewish from the Western side, migrated into the China's boundary and regional areas. Nobody disputed this. In fact, if you listen, and understood, a lot of people accept the Silk Road. And those Silk Roads, had a lot of different colour skin people. Many Chinese scholars and citizens accept this point. I certainly never knew the actual timeline of events, but the fact that the government deter those sites to be evacated, does not mean that they do not disagree with you on your postulation. In fact, there are actual chinese documents, written by officials, and "annuals" which told of the stories of what happened to the dynasty. Even chinese students and youngsters are taught in school about such existence and methods. 3) You mentioned the Epygtian pyramids.. Which is around 3000 BC... Even if they exist, nobody is disputing that, there cannot be in dual parallel.. other existence of other people within the same region as well. What we call "China" is a modern day boundary line, and the modern day definition. A lot of people DO know... and DO acknowledge... at the very least, that there were monolithic old aged history to the land. In fact, they use chinese characters to describe and classify them. @nicholasr82 : If you listen to that guy's video.. He is not saying things which are objective in any means. Just like, this video describing those as "Tombs". But in actuality, it was meant to be a palace. An unfinished palace. Or an unfinished civilisation or something like that. When these farmers describe them, they are using 2020's perception to describe what they found. Which it is a dead tomb. I think there is a bad portrayal here. And you keep going on about, as if to insinuate that, the chinese government is hiding an awful lot. Even that Robert guy, keeps going on and on and ON about the Chinese government is hiding. What the heck are they hiding ?? Has he formally went to apply for archeological licenses, and was refused ? If he did so, and then that was the respond that they got.. Then yes, it can be said that they are hiding. He seems to be doing a bit of a pervy angle to do things... Lots of people mainly go by facts... So, his added "emotional level" onto this. I come from a science background myself... and I thought that the video mentioned that the chinese government refused to further acknowledge the absolute truths when the science is not there. So not to duplicate publishings. Chinese ways do not "publish" and continous publishing... That is not how they do things. If you are going to go on about that... Then the entire South America is also chinese then. Since their DNAs are closest to those found in SE Asia.... and in fact, Indonesia.. have the oldest civilisation amongst the SE Asian areas.. and that, the possibility of an actual ice age, which melted, and sank a lot of civilisation occurred....

The more I watch online media, the more I do not think that was a "shamen"... in fact, I think that he was an Imperial diplomat/administrator.....The people who helped deal with any issues. And whatever went on in the sea/coastal areas.. for shipping.. in Fuijian, or Shanghai... or HK.. they have nothing to do with these villagers.. and they stayed in their lives as it is, without being ruined or modernised... There is no reason for the Western world to document this. Each country document their own history. This documentary... is provided by an Indian guy. Possibly British Indian as well. Around the time of the war.. HIS ancestors.. possibly WERE involved in the second world war, but representing the British. Cos there are some Indian looking soldiers in black and white movies... that was when there was the creation of the "Eight Nations" (or just before that, the "Six Nations" ).... So maybe he is knowledgeable and comfortable... cos he has insider knowledge and details.. and he knows exactly who to interview and to ask. I myself, was not made aware of the Japanese war.... and the details.. until around my mid-20s. That's around 15 years ago already.... I do not think that it is wrong to talk about history.... You just need to see it with a pinch of salt. The entire world, was all poor. Not just China. All the things that you see today, are all created in under around the last 10-20 years. EVERYBODY was VERY POOR....ACROSS THE WORLD. Somebody posted online to say that, around 30 years ago.. the global population was just around 3 billion people. Today, it is now 8 billion people. Did you know that? Can you accept that? I cannot even believe it !

Because it happened around the exact same time.... and then, what he is trying to do, is to bring the cartoon historical timeline together.. so that you have an entire overall view... as if you are the army leader or something.. to piece together the entire event of what happened. But we are now looking at this, from 2022... into the historical context.. of that period back then. Cos even before this period... Japan did have some kind of treaty.. or was it the Koreans? And then the Chinese side broke this promise.. and kicked those people out of those locations... and then they went to Korea and or Japan.... and the they bided the time before reattacking.... And already, with this much access... so much inter-mingling already happened as well ! Scary. @YangSword9x : I do take a pinch of salt of how these documentaries are structured... which is from the viewpoint of the Americans. Which is "also based on from their angle, "at that time"..."... So if there are clarifications... and whatever... then that should and must be actually.. stated as well. Would love to read those comments or original documents, if there were any and also evidences as well. This is based on their possible translation at that time.

@davidw.2791 : " Pei Ping" is the British translation system that did the translation. Even if you are a Cantonese speaker, you can get the sound correct ? " Nan Jing" this is often based on some kind of wu/Fuijian/mandarin language. It isn't the British that does these translation... I don't know if it was the Americans or the Germans. Could be the Germans. And it goes to show you that, even back then.. there were at the very least, TWO distinct dialect and languages. Which so many does not want to use or do. This is because the USA side with the Northerners... and not the Southerners. The simplified character sets came out from the second world war. It was to stop the Northerners (they spoke a version of korean/turkic)... they wanted to integrate them.. so they modded the Hans Writing Alphabet to be simplied and not in full strokes. Even today.... many chinese, cannot learn or read the simplified character sets... There is meant to be some kind of rule.. but most people forget. It isn't easy to read either. And each region, had their own governance.. so for the so called "spreading and amalgamation" that is today.. and the so called... "communcal sharing of wealth"..(which is NOT going well !!!!!)... speaks volume really.

Japan has been attacked lots of times... and this is why by the time the second world war came around, they were super ready. I think they have been attacked a lot of times. They managed to also push out the Dutch as well... each time they were pushed away, they learnt something to defend themselves.

Why do they call it a tomb, and not actually a palace ? And the river and water... would it not a flowing river, into the moat ?? Are they sure that, this was not a way to kill off an entire enemy, and this is how they did it ? Rather than to actually say that they died on their owns, but their enemy forced them to die this way ? Sometimes these English and Chinese translation does not make sense.... Cos when you study the chinese, it does not add up ! lol...

The other site.. how do we know that they were the relative, did these archeologist actually carbon dated them ?? Were they really tombs, than they were actual palaces ???... Is that a real video filmed in the 1970s, or has it been put together by images ? This is so crazy.... I am guessing that, the preservation of moistures is because originally, people were found near the rivers right ? So these are actually house/palace building... to reduce moisture and river... And this kind of turn each generation, isn't it ? This is so different to the actual chinese version and their annuals.... which writes the history down.

In reality, it is the US wanting to raise a capitalistic model. Whereas if you spoke to chinese from the mainland online, or even to Taiwan.. Apparently, Taiwan technically still rules !!! LOL....
