I think you will come to learn that, "PRC" of around 1.4 billion people. Some genuinely had no idea who is who. And what is what ? Some regions, were really factory workers... and they maybe added value. Or some regions were opened to foreign investments and were exporting already... My grandfather was also a rural land peasant in HK. Second World War just happened.... and HK was being industrious. And our house was a wooden house. @itzamia : But the South also had overseas trade at that time. Post second world war... people literally just... kept rebuilding other foreign countries basically. Cos nuclear bombing went on all around the world. I feel really bad to hear that the family of Liu Xiao died during this period. And to even hear Mao not even caring at all....

Oh my God... I never knew that this was what happened, and from this angle as well. So basically, it was a bit of a coop, a decoy..... Cos he is trying to keep some people happy, to sacrifice others ?
