  1. Instead of what.... if it was actually part of their currencies, then it doesn't work. So does that mean that, those money... could indeed become actual... their "own financial systems"? As in... there is to be a separate money and control which is not to be mixed with China's own ones? So then it means china's own public money.. and foreign money for private companies ???.... And then middle men like those consultancies can monitor the overall GDP, along with the UN figures ??.... Cos I don't get how else this could happen...
