I don't know how to read this. Either it means a white flag. Or... It is a blank white paper cos they never voted in xi for a third term. Cos these students know that.. they won't be able to stand for higher paying jobs any more. So... Cos the previous generation... Many, apparently had no education any way. So then they had a rotational system. But now... They won't. And prices have escalated. Japan is not like this. They pooled together individual businesses to become a larger business. Then everybody had a job. And prices and standard kept low. Then the next generation are slowly integrated and like a career ladder moves upward. Farmer's and rural families are also not kept out of economic activities because the royal imperial couple... Supports them directly and brand their products with direct royal seal and send inspectors to help them promote their prices and raise their standard of living too. So sure.. their employment figure is low.
