  3. So... What he is saying is that.. for SE Asians.. our fat cell size is a lot smaller.. so therefore overspilling fat literally will cause us to be sicker quicker ?... Wow... So.. when some of the YouTube videos literally... Say that Japanese ladies say that we've gotten fatter... They really implied that the individual is on a danger zone. This is like what my mother's generation always focused on. So how come we stopped being frank and talking about this ? ...

  5. I think we need to see it into perspectives. Cos.. I was raised in a family of six and we only had a chicken a week. And we survived through the week on that. People forget this though...

  6. Calorie is related to sports mechanics. But on a general health thing. This is zero help to my body. I am a woman. I want to protect my hormones. My period. I don't think that the quality of food that I am eating supports my period health. Ok I ditched those sports men and gym bullies. Sorry but... My health was so great when I reversed this mindset and it took a long while as well. I liked their point about the eating early in the day to the last meal of the day. Cos based on people's lifestyle.... Either way may be suitable. But I think eating the brekkie is better cos at least you can sleep.

  7. Don't have a hysterectomy.. there are a lot of keyhole surgeries now. So.... And they do exists in the world too. So.... I regret having mine.
