That is because it once was an actual formal and regulated sector as well... This is why HK was such a big shipping hub. And then, in came the drop shipping thing which bypassed the whole thing. And now... people are also confused as well. I don't think that you could buy things this way... Certainly not if you are an independent buyer as a consumer, to that of an actual supplier or corporate stock. No wonder UK dumped HK in the end, and changed the shipping laws accordingly... People are taking the mick here.

China has around 1.4 billion people... so... the price that you are buying this from.. is actually very high. And I bet those prices are basically a form of "subsidised commune" price... Probably made from an actual "state-owned enterprise".... that is why it is that price. Not really created for external exports etc. But there you go...

As someone that also used to work in logistics as well... this is crazy that people have bypassed the regulations in shipping, and those maritime laws.. and doing their own thing. No wonder we're in a pickle in terms of the financial crashes !!! This is insane !!! ..... I can just see the second hand market rising as well in the UK.... Like, seriously now. This is insane.
