  1. Her surname is "Flemings".... omg.... Gosh.. there was an actual British TV Show here in ths UK... about the "green movements"... at that time.. of the 1970s.... I guess NYC was quite a global place back then too. This is true sustinability isn't it ?? Goodness me. Post economic booms.. and people ran away... and then most others are left with nothing. You have to grow food from scratch again.... No wonder there was so many restaurants... and in the UK, we had an actual "restaurant movement".... to feed the nation, post war period.
